My discovery of the Healing Heart combination.
My most recent energy journey (I’ve had a few…) ~ Nicola Newey I was suffering with symptoms of pure panic: heart energy blockages; total stress; anxiety that would appear in waves -no warning, they would just come on. Almost like I was going to have an asthma attack – with no asthma!? I had headaches - not a usual issue. I felt totally on edge, wired, I could not relax and, if I did, the symptoms became worse. I felt I was dragging myself around -no energy! My usual personality was fairly strong, mentally together, organised, and confident. I was a very positive fun-loving person. I began to feel completely out of control with such low anxious energy I used to wake up in fear and panic of how I would get through the day… Eventually I went into A&E with what I can only describe as heart symptoms. I was strapped up to a monitor, blood tests, echocardiogram – nothing… However, they could tell my heart rate was jumping and could not figure out why… They put it down to stress – They were right… I felt the most stressed I have ever felt in my life – perhaps I was overloaded, overwhelmed, overburdened - trying to keep everything going perfectly all at once! Mother, wife, daughter, business owner etc… On return from A&E, I felt total relief my physical heart was ok - but I still had no explanation as to why I was suffering these symptoms. Once home I felt compelled to listen to a healing audio that identified the main issue… Being a healer, I had to find further alternatives to help heal my symptoms and I embarked upon a crystal healing course & found my solution together with my existing therapies. It was then using crystal healing, working together with reiki & oracle readings, that I was able to cleanse & clear my energy systems on a daily basis to rid myself of negative toxins that were multiplying as my stress & fear grew. I supported myself in continuous healings to provide support whilst my body, mind, emotions & thoughts healed. I further became aware that energy & negativity is all around us and we can FEEL IT… It affects us… even if we can’t see it! I had to cleanse my business, my home, and my business premises - I could see and feel the benefits.
